After many requests from customers for help creating the perfect wardrobe, we are so excited to announce we now offer FREE personalised styling sessions in our East Malvern Shop.
No more purchasing pieces you never wear or that just don’t suit you. With our expert Stylist on hand to guide you through the process you’ll learn how to choose items that are functional, flatter your shape and have you feeling and looking a million dollars.
So how does it work?
Simply contact us at least a week in advance to organise a time. Your personalised Stylist will then greet you at our Shop for a FREE one hour consultation in which all your wardrobe questions will be answered. As Mums ourselves we understand how hard it can be to find a babysitter, so children are more than welcome. Feel free to book as a group and bring some girlfriends too!

RETAIL ASSISTANT - MORNINGTON BOUTIQUE

We’re looking for a passionate and polished Casual Retail Assistant to join our White & Co team in our Malvern boutique.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves fashion, understands the power of great styling, and enjoys creating a warm, welcoming in-store experience. Our customers value thoughtful service and authentic connection — and we pride ourselves on delivering both with confidence and ease.
About the Role
As a Casual Retail Assistant, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised styling and genuine service
- Confidently drive sales by identifying opportunities, building trust and converting with integrity
- Create complete outfitting solutions that inspire customers and encourage repeat visits
- Build lasting relationships with our loyal customer community
- Support visual merchandising and uphold premium store presentation standards
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment
About You
You will bring:
- Previous retail sales experience with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- A genuine love of fashion and a strong eye for styling
- Confidence in selling, with the ability to read customers and tailor your approach
- A positive, proactive and professional attitude
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend shift
