eCOMMERCE SPECIALIST

Full Time

Combine your passion for fashion with your love of data and eCommerce

As the eCommerce Specialist at White & Co, you will help drive the online performance of our growing women’s fashion brand. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning data, product and content into compelling online results. Reporting into the eCommerce Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day trading of the website, supporting product launches, promotions and onsite optimisations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily website trading, ensuring products, pricing and promotions are accurate and optimised

  • Monitor and maintain product listings, including copy, imagery, fit notes and categorisation

  • Support the execution of the trade calendar including product drops and key promotional events

  • Monitor and report online performance, providing insights on sales, conversion and search trends

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Planning to deliver seamless launches

  • Identify opportunities to improve onsite navigation, merchandising and customer journey

  • Assist with testing and implementation of new functionality and site enhancements

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of eCommerce trading experience, preferably within women's fashion

  • Strong understanding of online merchandising and customer experience

  • Hands on experience with Shopify and exposure to Klaviyo and GA4

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action

  • Highly organised, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for women’s fashion

  • Work Eligibility: must have the legal right to work in Australia (background check may be required)

SENIOR GARMENT TECHNICIAN/PRODUCT DEVELOPER

Part Time

Play a key role in shaping the future of a growing retail brand

White & Co is looking for an experienced Senior Garment Technician & Product Developer to join our growing team in the office. This is a senior role for someone who is highly technical, design aware, confident with fit and construction, and able to take a garment from concept to production with ease. 

This role partners closely with Design and Production to bring new products to life across denim, cut & sew, lifestyle apparel, dresses, knitwear and wovens. You will translate mood boards, inspiration references and sample garments into accurate technical packs, refined prototypes and final ready to produce styles. We are looking for someone who is fast, detailed, solution focused and confident working with offshore factories.

We are a womenswear brand with a strong focus on inclusive sizing, so curve experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed CAD's and tech packs from mood boards and sample combinations

  • Build spec sheets, measurement charts, gradings, construction details and trim information.

  • Develop prototypes, run fit sessions and refine samples to ensure only 1 to 2 PP rounds are required.

  • Engineer garments for consistent fit and quality across sizes including curve

  • Provide expertise in denim fit, wash behaviors, shrinkage, stretch percentages and construction.

  • Work closely with Design to interpret creative direction accurately.

  • Work closely with Production to ensure smooth handover into PP and bulk stages.

  • Liaise with offshore factories to communicate changes and fit requirements clearly.

  • Recommend suppliers and factories using your existing network and past working relationships

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience in a garment tech or product development role.

  • Strong denim experience across fit, construction and wash.

  • Ability to refine a proto sample quickly and accurately.

  • Strong pattern knowledge and technical understanding

  • Excellent communication with offshore manufacturers

  • Skilled in Illustrator, Excel and tech pack creation

  • Brings a network of trusted factories suitable for womenswear
