Born out of the kitchen of a suburban Melbourne home, White & Co. has come a long way in just nine years. What began as a one-woman operation has grown into a thriving business with two beautiful boutiques, a dedicated head office, two warehouses, and a team of over twenty talented individuals, all working towards one shared goal: helping women feel confident and stylish every day.
Here’s a little about our story so far, and who we are today.
In the Beginning
Like many great ideas, White & Co. was born from a need. A need for simple, high-quality, everyday fashion that’s both wearable and affordable. Frustrated by the lack of options available, our founder Krissy decided to create her own solution, and in 2016, White & Co. was launched from her home.
It didn’t take long before her passion for sourcing beautiful, versatile pieces resonated with other women. As the community grew, so did the business, moving from the kitchen table to a retail showroom and warehouse. Built on determination, hard work, and a whole lot of late nights, White & Co. quickly became more than just an online destination; it became a trusted part of women’s wardrobes across Australia.
Fast-forward to today, and White & Co. has become a much-loved name in Australian fashion, with customers across Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Our two boutiques, located in Malvern and Mornington, are vibrant community spaces where customers can explore, connect and enjoy a personal shopping experience.
Behind the scenes, our head office and Moorabbin warehouse are home to a passionate team that brings every collection to life. From customer care to buying, styling and creative, each person plays an important part in what makes White & Co. so special.
