We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the White & Co’s Ecommerce team as their Marketing /Ecommerce Specialist. Reporting into the Ecommerce / Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our ecommerce website. 

White & Co. is a fast-moving, women’s fashion retailer. Our small and dedicated team is a close-knit group who are excited by new opportunities and enjoy working collaboratively together to grow the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating products, writing descriptions, size guides and uploading imagery.
  • Managing all website merchandising ensuring a fresh representation of product, balancing new arrivals, best seller, key product focuses and using data insights to merchandise for sell-through.
  • Manage and report on all onsite promotions.
  • Being a proactive team member liaising with buying and warehouse departments to ensure product is available when it’s planned to go live. 
  • Updating front end assets such as website themes, collection pages, and online promotional offers.
  • Keeping up to date with best industry practices for online customer experience and journey to inform the team on insights and ideas for improvements.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting with key ecommerce insights, while understanding the numbers day in and day out – always looking for opportunities to optimise. 
  • Collaborate and take on tasks associated with any major website projects from an ecommerce perspective such as website redevelopment, app integrations, customer loyalty program.
  • Coordinate all product catalogue enhancements keeping ecommerce and SEO best practice in mind and further enhancing with product imagery, size guides, meta descriptions, tags etc.
  • Where required brief, build and optimise landings pages in line with the marketing calendar.
  • When required, brief and schedule in EDMS through Drip. Review testing links in test emails and updating landing pages where required.
  • Assist in the implementation of the content marketing strategy through the email marketing, social and blog channels, whilst ensuring all content is on brand.
  • Conducting analysis on online returns and search & filter optimisations. 
  • Drive ecommerce performance to reach business KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, AOV & more.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the below:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the e-commerce space
  • Experience working with Shopify
  • Copy writing experience 
  • An understanding of SEO
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Drip or Klaviyo 
  • Clear and positive communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Posting & Monitoring
    Schedule and post high-quality content across all key social media platforms. Engage with audiences, coordinate timely responses to followers, grow community engagement, and monitor performance. Coordinate the capturing and re-sharing of user-generated content.

    Explore and implement new ways to leverage social media channels to increase brand awareness and build brand engagement.

    Content Development & Execution
    Plan, develop, create and execute content calendars across all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube.

    Proactively identify and communicate opportunities relating to social media channel updates, trends, and influencers and conduct regular competitor analysis.

    Develop and coordinate influencer partnerships, including identifying key partners, managing communications, monitoring progress, and reporting on results.

    Design & Creative
    Ensure the brand is accurately represented through all social media assets.

    Plan, create and execute posts for multiple social platforms, coordinating the design, message creation, and asset development in the process.

    Coordinate social media photoshoots and videography, including creative direction, asset creation timelines, and carrying out key operational tasks, such as setting up sets, preparing stock, and liaising with suppliers & team members.

    Build, schedule and plan EDMS. Use key metric analysis to identify and implement opportunities to engage and convert customers.

    Reporting & Analysis
    Track and monitor all social channel performance. Use key metric analysis to identify and implement opportunities to engage and convert customers.

    Set goals for growth and engage stakeholders in social media analytics.

    Skills and experience:

    • Must have 1-2 years of experience as a social media coordinator
    • A positive, enthusiastic, hard-working attitude
    • A passion for social media, cultural trends, & digital marketing that inspires our team
    • Ability to analyse data and leverage it for key business outcomes
    • Experience and knowledge of social media for business
    • Experience with social media scheduling platforms and reporting tools
    • Creative skills, including strong copywriting and an eye for graphic design
    • Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite preferred
    • Shopify experience is a bonus

    We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and efficient Casual Warehouse Assistant, 2 days a week, to join our team at our Moorabbin warehouse / HQ.

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will comprise of the following:

    • Picking and packing of orders
    • Receiving deliveries
    • Stock-taking and maintaining inventory levels
    • Cleaning and maintaining workspaces / warehouse
    • Ensuring inventory is picked and packed in a timely and accurate manner
    • Attention to detail is key to the role

    This role is very important to the running of the business, and therefore requires someone who is quick on their feet, enjoys a fast-paced, busy environment and gets satisfaction from a job well done.
